Location: Nor Cal...30 min from Bodega/Tomales Bay, 1hr from Clear Lake, 2+ hr to Berryessa & the Delta

The only thing I find inconvenient is having to go through Coast Guard inspection yearly! And finding a safe DRY place to keep the paperwork!
 Not to mention the added expense. Might as well own a boat! FFY
