The camp sites were not kayak friendly, too far across uphill sand dunes and rocks, so they let us stay next to the launch ramp. We used the restroom outside the restaurant which was clean, roomy and had flush toilet. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.
The trip across the Willard bay to Gonzage bay was a little long, but at the right time of year there is good fishing along the island from Willard bay to Gonzage Bay. Inside Willard bay was good Sand Bass fishing on the rocky reef, with some Cabrillo and leopard grouper.

Down to the wire, bring wire. WEATHER temps day high 80's nights high 60's SPRING is here. Winds mostly 5-10, high at 16 mph. Could be a great week.
