Sells a relacement kit that includes the quick connect , pickup tube , and the new updated tip . The updated tip has a built in screen to try and prevent debris and grass from entering pump. This in itself seems worth the cost if it works as intended . Andy ran a post with pics . Kit was resonably priced at around $10.00. Hope this info was helpful.

Thanks for the info, called Andy yesterday but he wasn't in, so I just decided to make it. I've seen the new ones, and they are nice.
