That right there is a tortilla straightener. See, when your travelling down Baja and you're in between stops, running out of food...you take your crooked arse hardened tortillas and clip one onto this gadget. Spray your crooked arse hardened tortilla down with cool water and watch it unfold and soften up good as new...BAM!

its for a hobie mirage drive

it attaches to the release jaws on the mirage drive so you can pull your drive up real quick with one pull from your easy chair while coming in through the surf??????????????????
