Just in case there is a single person on this board that is not aware yet....

There are sharks in the ocean.

There is a higher concentration of them this year because of the warmer than average water temps

They will bite you

It does hurt

A lot!

Keep your hands and feet inside the ride at all times!

I am going to have to say this was a definite lapse in judgment but hey we all make mistakes, we're human. Luckily he walked away from it with his life, which is what really matters. Some people on here are bashing his decision making, if you ask me it is a learning experience for ALL of us. Just like the time we learned if you are not in the best physical shape it's probably safest that you develop an efficient wet entry plan before you head out in rough waters in the dark.
