PM had less bait, no fish, and cold water ~61 -62. Nice to be OTW though.

My buddy's mom makes decent fish soup with mackerel (Portuguese).

Mackerel roe is tasty, raw, fried, steamed, or microwaved.

Even mackeral sashimi is good. Of course, the Spanish ones are better but kept in good condition, yummy!
