Again, I would stay away from using braid on a kayak too much risk. Using braid on a boat is good, especially if you hooked 200lb T shark.
I just don't see any advantage of using braided line on a kayak for fishing threshers. Threshers pull real hard and can yank the rod right out of your hands. I like the stretch on the monofilament. I hooked a thresher last week using 50lb main mono line with a 80lb mono leader. Worked like a champ!
