I would like to add my 2 ct. if you do not mind.

I have left rods and a dolly once when I went to Catalina. I had to drive 45 min. in a heavier traffic going home than getting to the terminal.

I lost fishing time, but fortunately, Catalina Express is good about not charging for missing the boat.

I even had one of my famous lists and had checked the items out. Now I have a different list and only check the item AFTER it is in the SUV.

Your experience will be part of you fishing outing.
