Congrats on your first Yellow Tail. Nice looking fish. You'll never forget your first and it will taste the best. The first Yellow tail on a kayak is kind of like the first sex you ever had, you'll never forget it!

How long did it take that flat fall to flutter to the bottom in 140' ??

Not that long - I'm guessing 10 seconds for the 100g/3.5 oz weight.
