The high arch lateral line rules out Petrale Sole and Sanddab. The small tail rules out Halibut.
I think this is a Turbot. A good rule is to never keep anything you can't positively identify.

Fantail Sole. They are very common around here, but show up in greater numbers about the same time the Halibut show up to spawn (or at least that is what I see).
