I know Carrie Wilson. She has been with the dept. for a long time I think.

I used to use underwater camera in my hoop net on mainland. I looked up the regulations and did not see any thing about it before.

I even thought about getting the camera for casting, but it is too expensive, if one looses it while casting.

Since I don't have a boat, I did not get one.
