I agree with Igotpron. That cart may be "tippy" and if you bump it or look at it wrong, it could be a bad day. You could just build a simple/low to the ground wood cart with casters. I've modded my kids wagon with a couple of removable wood carts. When they are not on the wagon, I put casters on the bottom. It's solid.

Surprisingly it’s very stable and I can wheel it right up to my truck to load it.

Electric hoist. Lowers right into the bed of my truck.
