Thanks Greg. I still had the rod in my left hand and holding it up to have leverage on the Yellowtail. Hope to see you out there soon, hope you found your important pieces of equipment. Tight Lines.

Looks like you were North of Scripps Pier? How deep water? And what did the YT bite?

Yes actually just north of the Torrey Pines Golf Course and I covered a lot of different depth contours, but it hit at about 52' deep. It hit a fly lined greenback mac.

Went out today and it started out as a better weather day early. While looking for bait or good marks on the FF out by the point area, I saw porpoise coming in my direction and I took off to chase and get some video. it was awesome and I still need to edit video clips. But here are a couple still frames taken from one of the clips.
