Big Sheephead at Palos Verdes Again
![]() Real nice day with lots of hits and fish. Wind came up a bit early but had enough time on the water to feel satisfied. Costco shrimp and a 1/0 hook did the trick again. Too bad no one bothers to post on this site anymore. It used to have lots of good info. https://youtu.be/j4qRwyJi4pc

Congratulations on your Big Sheephead! What a beautiful flat calm day. I miss fishing in kelp beds like that. The perch you caught brings back childhood memories of fishing off the rocks in Palos Verdes. We called those Buttermouth perch. The meat is fine, and I preferred Opaleye over them. Your video was nostalgic -- liked and already subscribed.

Great video and nice goat! Liked and subscribed.
Thanks for the post as well. I am also guilty of not posting reports here like I used to. I'll try to get back to posting more and hopefully others will too ![]() |
