I think I found the culprit! During my 3 hour observation tour, I dawned my old wet-suite, in which I looked like 10lbs of crap in a 5lbs bag. A sight for the sore eyes. Anyway, with the rear hatch removed, I could look in at the fittings on the pump as well as the fittings on the drain side. Both appeared to be holding nicely. I also opened the front hatch and but could not really see too much.>

So, within the last hour I removed the tank and bench tested it by plugging the fitting and filling it up approximately 3 inches. Here’s my observation; the bottom seam on the side with the pump fittings had water coming up through the seam, not a whole lot, and definitely not to the capacity that I observed in the hull while in the pool, but there was definite leakage.>

So, I removed the tank, not exactly what I wanted to do and went back to the Marine Goop and re-sealed all seams. This time, no beer, only Bombay Safire!
