Nice going and great strategy. Some of the biggest lobsters Ive gotten were in 6 feet of water or less they are generally out of reach of the traps.
Tons of nooks and crannies between 9th street and 15th street in del mar and from pill box in SB to the campgrounds in Cardiff where the pickings can be easy esp at extreme low tides like these. Thanks for the report. Josh |

Good job on the bugs, Ryan.
Keep in mind that all the standard rules and regulations apply to low tide buggin' as well : license, size restrictions, limits, and of course - you gotta fill out yer lobster report card each time you go out. Good luck. |

No one else wants to say it, as we all encourage the young ones. But, it does appear that those bugs are on the short side. If not, congratulations.
