My favorite fish to eat, and simple... rub generously with freshly pressed garlic being sure to leave lots of garlic in for the oill, very lightly sprinkle a dash of Emery's and grill on medium heat being careful not to overcook or stick to grill. A lobster tail with butter is a great add on. Add some mashed, or au-gratin spuds, and steamed veggies... damn I am getting hungry just thinking about it. Goes great with Chardonnay or your favorite beer. If you really want to impress with a fishy dinner leave a # of thinly sliced AHI or yt sashimi on a platter for everyone to gather around and munch as you prepare dinner.
