Cevichi?
I have done Cevichi a few different ways and some better then other!
Well I am making a batch up this week and wanted to get some more imput about ideas? So let me know how you make yours! I am using rock fish.

Simple, marry a Latina with big tatas and a round ass. Mine makes it all the time, but with WSB.

Catch halibut
Fillet halibut Take time to cut away excess meat left behind while filleting Dice meat Marinade in lemon lime juice Place in frig for a few hours Dice tomatos Dice onions Dice cilantro Add salt & pepper to taste Serve on a tostada(home made) with slices of avocado. If you drink beer a cold Pacifico goes perfect with ceviche.
