Very nice Jim.

No salty butt. No fish finder, no gear to rinse and a hundred pounds of loin and chops.....

Low tide by lobster traps?

Congrats.

Very NIce!!!

What did they charge you for the hogs? if anything?

Team Sewer is gonna do a hog hunt here pretty soon...and it's not going to be at the local bar...

Or shall I say armed grocery shopping....?

I got a Remington model 700 30-06 that needs to get a little bloody...

I have been hunting here for 14 years, Its a Private Ranch and membership is $3,500.00 per year, It has 30 assigned Full hook up RV Sites, (it cost more to store an RV in Orange County for a year) Has a 300 lb Ice machine, Walk in Game Cooler kept at 38 degrees keeps the beers cool also, Clubhouse has Hot showers and bathrooms for Men and on for Women, Members can bring guests.
Most times I there with only 4-6 other people, Not all members hunt the same things., Deer, Pigs, Turkeys, Quail, Dove, Band tailed Pigeons, Ducks, Bobcats Cotton Tails, Gray Tree Squirrels (are Good eats there) and 4 Bass pond with Jon boats on the property, (Drought has the ponds real low this year should fill up again with the winter rains) Plinking Ground Squirrels is a good time also millions of them there.
Borders Lake Nacieimento and Camp Roberts and right next to Justin Winery for those who like wine. Lots of open land for sure, I leave my RV, and Jeep up there to drive the ranch roads. I here there is not one other RV hunting park in California.
and I never found another place like this.

Feral Pigs are over running the Country. They are not native so they are a ecological damaging invasive species.

Some States have declared open season on them where anyone with a hunting license can hunt them year around without tags . Unless I'm mistaken California still requires tags which cost something like $20 a pig. Total BS....You can buy as many as you want, but you have to have one to shoot a pig. Feral hogs are not game animals they are pests and hunters should be allowed to shoot them on sight. Gary (Bubblehide) hunts pigs here and knows a lot more about it then I do, but from what he's told me it sounds like the regs in Cal. are more about pulling in cash for the state then proper management when it comes to Feral hogs.

In California you use to buy a book of pig tags for $15.00 for 5 tags,
But now it's $15.00 per tag.... Thanks to the "The Bull Donkeys Libs" running Fish and "Wildlife"
There is no Season for Pigs, and is open year round No Limit but just buy more tags for an invasive species, There are more Pigs running around now than I have seen in 15 years.
Pig tags are Kinda like the Lobster cards in my opinion.... more of a money maker for the state" Thanks Jerry,Thanks Barbara, Thanks Diane" and now with "fine" if you dont return in a count.

I made some great Mild Brats, Hot Brats, Jalapeno/Cheddar Sausage, Hot Italian sausage, Some mild Breakfast Sausage Pork Loins, Tenderloins, A Ham or 2, Which, I should be putting on the Pit Smoker soon with a nice Honey , Marmalade glaze with Apple wood chucks for the smoke.
Better cook them soon before I get a Pig storage "fee".... LOL
