seems like greenies have a lot more action than spanish. that said, make lots of spanish and change baits often if you can not make greenies.

And drill a few 1/4" holes for better flow. I'm going to try this tomorrow.

And don't get too locked in on just Green backs. On my last trip I caught Yellows on Jack mackerel (aka Spanish) , Green back and a 12 inch Bonita.
