mako-ville is alive and well

Mako-Ville is NOW on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/groups/348653135698854/

mako-ville roads are open, 5 thru Mexicali is 4X4 only. The 1 thru Chapala to Gonzaga is an
easy ride for cars. Both ways will take 10-12 hours driving time so leave early to arrive in
camp well before dark.

We NOW have internet at the restaurant, $10 per week or trip. Please pay Luis directly, post
your pictures and reports while still in camp.

Last week we got roosters, grouper, cabrilla, bass, triggers, lots of sierra and a 7# corvina.
Tight Lines amigos.

Would be nice to see some pictures of all these catch.

Especially with internet working at the restaurant.

It seems a well kept secret.

I actually believe it to be this link..

https://www.facebook.com/groups/348653135698854/

Would be cool too see someone with fluent knowledge of the online galaxy to take control of this and get it up to speed after he gets his weather station in so it can truly be the beacon MakoBob wished it to be..

I did visit, but did not like the political post about kneeling.

If it is a Baja/fishing site, then there should not be any political discussion, or posts.

Side note: During the first dinner at Cedros Island Magic Lodge, Jose the owner asks that guests to kindly refrain from political discussion at the lodge. Especially during meals.

Guests are there for fishing.

During my first trip, before this rule went to effect, another guest not knowing I am Persian said that the US should nuke Iran.

I kept my cool, since I was there for fishing. Later I discussed it with Jose.

I am not saying that my discussion was the reason, but I welcomed the suggestion very much.

I mentioned the above since it was asked.

Posted September 27th.

From The Liberty Eagle, titled A Marines letter to NFL

Where is America headed, Vietnam was bad and The Middle East is worse. DISGUSTING does not even start to show how morally wrong this is. NFL you can go back to the whole you crawled out of. I will NEVER watch another NFL game, EVER. When your time comes may you all rest in pieces G. And to think so many gave their LIVES for YOU. God rest their souls.

Below a post about PTSD.

Arkadash, should know by now that I never make a comment that I cannot back up.

I am not saying that it is wrong to have that post, only that I prefer to keep fishing and politics separate.
