35" Hali On A Float Tube

Yep ... 35" weighing 19.25 lbs. Landed Fri 2-19-21, not a PB.
I am still shopping for another yak.

This is my 10th legal Halibut this 2021 Season from a float tube.

Wow that's really amazing !

Another amazing thing is it's your 10th regal hali !
I think you have secret spot for halibut (you erased your background) I understand

That's a nice halibut. That city in the background is kind of messed up. Was there a chemical disaster in that area? It looks so blue and scribbled.

Thanx for your kind words about my fish.

Where I fish ... either you know it or you don't ... that's ok too!!
I put in the time and it pays-off back to me!

If I were to expose my AO ... it could upset our locals ... that all.
Gotta respect.

Thanx for understanding!!

Some times ... I see an AO but it's too far or too dangerous for me to go on a FT ...

My best daily limit distance has been 2-3 miles but I still watch yaks go where I can't.

really nice fish! do you ever get nervous dangling your chicken tenders into the unknown? I'm sure some things you'd rather not know about have swam by you from time to time

is it difficult to carry that plank of wood when you FT? haven't tubed (or even yakked) in several years. wondering if new tubes prevent folding.

BTW. nice fish. sucks that people have to blur their entire background to hide spots. too many lurkers in every forum nowadays.
