Did ya cut out the worms? Grouper is tasty but super wormy. Easy to cut out the worms if you hold it up to the light, but I don't eat grouper in restaurants anymore. Mutton snapper are one of the best tasting fish I've ever had.

Nice report and pics. Fishing the wrecks and reefs of the gulf is a blast. Lots of variety and some really good eats.

ah fuq, i didn't even notice. I like halibut worms the BEST!

I always give away the white side.

Halibut worms are like vermicelli, grouper worms are more like grubs. Give a nice extra crunch.
