Well, I was wrong on the weight. It is only 1.9lbs on my scale which is less than half of my lead/acid battery.

Reviving an old thread

I'm working on getting a quote from the company Greg was working with to possibly get another group buy going. Just trying to gauge interest at this point. They have it listed at $95 right now. We paid $87 dollars at a quantity >20 which included an NRE charge. I told the sales rep that we expected a lower price at the same quantity since the NRE charge has already been covered.

There was no interest at the time. If I remember correctly they may have some in stock. It may be at full retail price though.

As long as the subject of these batteries has come up again I have a quick question but probably Greg could answer.If I remember correctly the form factor of these batteries are a little larger than the traditional batteries.Can someone tell me if these batteries fit in the battery pouch in the front end of a trident 13.

I have the LiFePO4 12V 12A and it fits perfectly in this bag. I believe this is the same bag that is in most Trident kayaks
