To all on trip it was my first but not my last, nice hanging with you all from down south hit me up if you want to come north. It be a couple weeks as I'm
going to let arm heal.

The trip was flat out awesome. I just finished eating a nice piece of fresh halibut. The rest of it is vacuum wrapped and in the freezer. Good times!

Amazing trip! Was able to try halibut fishing from the yak for the first time, hang out with some good people, and enjoy some amazing time on the water.

My friend hooked into a BSB that took 40 minutes to land and towed him out to sea

Here is a video of one I missed, it was so well blended in the sand I couldnt tell how big it was till I just saw the vid, I'm guessing 28" or so. http://youtu.be/dtVTm367qSA

No, after 4 hours of being fishless I got lucky and saw that butt while
I was going up for more air. Could be karma too since I let the sand
Dab go?
Belcon, I have been diving 3 days straight all over pv and cabrillo break wall
But all the butts and cbass moved out, they could be deep and
Feeding on squid. Today I took a day off even though my life guard buddy
Called me and said the viz in the bu looked good today. I have a exciting week
Of trout fishing in Branson with the fam to visit the wife's family there,
Thank god grandma lives on a fully stocked lake!
Dave
