I was thinking that too but the protruded slot gets in the way of wrapping your hand around comfortably. But always looking to improve the design I’m sure I’ll come up with some new stuff. Especially being a kayaker I know some of the struggles of a kayak lol

Yeah my dad has a machine shop and we’re a little slow so I need to take advatange and make some parts!

Nice! I don't have access to a machine shop but I have access to a high end 3D printer and CAD software so I'm experimenting with some things too.

I'll buy one off you......or trade a popper....or lure...
The one I have doesn't fit.
The holes have to be 2 inches on center. Its going on a #6 aftco unibutt. The reel seat is 1 1/2 inches wide
