Good luck with the sale. Wilderness makes nice kayaks. I started with a Tarpon 140.

I would suggest splitting the package. Keep the accs that you may need for the Hobie. You still need a pfd and fish finder for example.

On a side note: I remember last year you were one of the first to say something against Hobie on many posts. Now you are coming over to the darkside.

I've loved the brand for a long time. They make some of the best kayaks on the planet.

I may do that soon. I've always had success selling in packages, as a lot of buyers looking for boats like this are also needing accessories like this.

Totally fair. Now that I've spent a decent amount of time fishing the ocean, I realize what kind of boat fits my fishing needs better and unfortunately its not this one. At this point, I can only keep one at a time, so here we are.

For boat/paddle/cart/crate, I'll entertain offers around the $800 mark....

Bump for updated pictures.

Updated pricing:

For everything listed, $1000 fairly firm.
For everything less electronics, $800.
For boat only, $600.

PM for details or questions. I'll have it out again this coming Friday in MDR...

I posted the Ride on letgo and FINALLY got some traction. Seems like almost everyone wants a steal of a deal at this point.

"Yeah, I'd like your boat but I wont pay more than $400." Well then you don't need to message me then! Some people I tell ya... LOL

I'm 90% sure I want to keep the electronics, so I'm thinking $600 and I'll throw in the cart and crate. That's the most competitive I'll go before its not worth selling.

Let me know....

Have you tried other forums or classified? It's a good deal you're offering.

Yeah, I have. It's currently posted on BD, Craigslist, and Letgo.

I'm happy to keep paddling it until someone jumps on the deal. It's a pretty solid starter for the price. Hell, its a GREAT paddle yak and if I had the room for more than one at a time, I'd be very happy keeping it in my quiver. I just really, REALLLLLLLY want to splurge and get a new Hobie.

Your kayak is worth what you are asking but you may need to post it higher so you can "deal" for less on craigslist or letgo. Buyers there want to feel like they are getting a deal.
