Baytubers monthly tournament is at Dana point tomorrow. Some of them are camping at Doheny this weekend.

With the increased population....

It would be nice if they build some more hwy rest areas the closet one I can find is to farway. It's just north of ocean side and no wallmarts around
I need to be six months ahead for any reservations.

That would be nice. It's like a year in advance for popular campsites in Florida.

I like it when campgrounds are first come first serve.

Just put the dates and money in the slot. You can hit the road with out a plan or reservation...more freedom. It's that way in less populated areas in Ca.

Some camp grounds like Yosemite have non-reservation spots, you just have to get there super early in the morning to claim one when the other campers leave.

And turned around at the bottom. They get you at at the entrance booth for a fee just off the 395 before you go up. I had my trailer with my canoe, and it probably was packed. I sure it's pretty I've seen enough nature shows about it.
