I tried your yellowtail po boy sandwich recipe after a 3/4 day trip to the islands. Everyone loved me. I'll have to try this the next time I get some rockfish.

Yanni, with your permission I would like to add this the menu for Gonzaga in June, should go great with the sculpin and rose snappers or cabrilla. Thank you.
