What are your readings?

ME: Age 49, 5'10" 182#

BP NOW- 105/65

BP WAS- 152/112 (hypertension)


What do YOU do to get / stay healthy??

Pedal, paddle, fish and take guys to Baja. Works for me Age 68 BP 110/65 but still on meds.

Ugh, you guys have pretty good numbers! I was hoping to not be the highest.

My BP lingers around 130/79 and was around 150/90 at it's worst. I was diagnosed with a leaky mitral valve last year and have to try to maintain a lower BP to try to prolong my time before replacement. A low sodium diet helps, but fitness is really the only thing that seems to curb the high BP and I haven't been as active with fitness as of late!
