Lobster fishing SoCal - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Greetings everyone! My gf and I are new to kayaking and we just purchased an older Hobie outfitter tandem pedal kayak and would love to come out to LA/SD to do some lobster fishing at the end of Nov. We're both avid scuba divers and did a trip last month to Point Loma for opening weekend. I've outfitted the kayak with a Lowrance hook2 to. Would anyone want to join us to do a little hoop netting? Suggestions on where to go would be greatly appreciated!
