Tried the out going tide to see if anyone was home.
It was slow at first then towards the end some fish started to wake up.

Water temp 60 Deg.
Finish the day at 10:45 with 6 fish.

It's great to see the OC beaches open for fishing again. Can't wait to go out this weekend.

Did you launch in the harbor and go out through the bridge?
