4-24 LJ PM Blow Me

Hit the launch before three PM only to find white caps and a stiff wind blowing out of the west.

I wasn't in the mood for that sloppy crap.

Ran into an "old school dude" Dr Gary. Great fish stories!

Looking for another PM window this week. :?

Who's ready for summer?

Ken

I AM!

Dr. Gary is classic. My dad and myself use to fish with him when we first got into the sport. He is a great fisherman, but a little wave challenged

I may do Thursday P.m. weather permitting.

Fish used to jump into his boat just to stop the chatter. Dr G can talk more than me

Trying to land that Cabo is a bitch. Just gotta realize you can't surf it.

Bummer Ken. Thought it felt pretty blustery as I headed home last night. Not looking good for tonights PM either, and the next days look terrible.

"Hazardous conditions may affect the coastal waters on Wed due to the possibility of thunderstorms and waterspouts."

Anybody ever seen one of those?

Brad,
When I was living in Northwest Florida I would see those occasionally. I was over in New Orleans once and saw 3 at the same time on Lake Pontchartrain. I would not want to be on the water when one came through. I can also tell you that you don't want to be 20 meters away from a lightning strike, damn near shit myself.

If there's a chance of waterspouts in the area, I would stay off the water until the weather clears up. You can't outpaddle mothernature.

Steve
