Solar lights batteries

I was wondering if you guys think that the solar light batteries that HOME DEPOT sale would be ok to us in with a fishfinder set up. has any one out there used this type of batteries before.
Some reasons why i was looking into this also the price$ :
Milliamp Hours (mAh) – Applies to how much energy the battery can store (capacity of the battery). The higher the mAh, the longer the battery will last before needing to be charged. One mAh is the equivalent to 1/1000 Amps. IE: 2.5 Ah = 2500 mAh.

Expected Lifetime: 1000 charge & discharge cycles.
NiMH batteries do not have a “Memory effect” so you can charge them even if they have only been used a bit.
Replacement 1.2-volt 1500mAH Ni-MH Rechargable Battery

im sure those battery's will/would work, but it comes down to price per battery.
it will take 8 1.5V battery's for 12V. you can get a 12V 10.5 AH for around $20

At Home Depot you can buy 4pk for about $7 so then you are looking at $14 for your 8.
They also sale a solar charging pad for $12
I want to get and hook up to change them for me. In time that i take my kayak camping with me and no outlet to charge them
