Wanting to fish LJ provided conditions and swells are as predicted on MSW. Planning on splashing at first light and making bait for yellowtail. Shadow?

Let us know how you do. Fished La Jolla yesterday. Surface conditions and weather were great but the fishing was dead. There was a small amount of bait around, but really had to work for it.
