cool, but I would be leery about having a sharks jaws anywhere near my crotch.

I had one of those stainless chainmail gloves,an xl left. They use them in butcher shops so if you have the knife in your right hand you protect your left.A pair would cost about $300.

See sharks are not as bad as they are made out to be. Honestly though how many sharks are worth eating. I love catching them, but not too crazy about eating them. I've never had thresher shark so I am not totally ruling those out. From what I have heard most sharks are not worth the effort to eat them. Can someone please correct me if I am wrong?

Agreed. However, if there isn't anything there, is the danger lower? That diver is Cristina Zenato, a well known woman diver in the diving community, from what I read about her.

JimmyZ - Thresher is known to be very good to eat.

That's what I hear, but have never had it myself. I've also been told that Macos are good to eat.

I'm sure she knows when siesta time is for the sharks. The reef sharks are pretty mellow during the day. Also if you lift the tail it paralyzes them.

Her technique reminds me of handling my bulldogs in drive. The gentle strokes to calm them, the way you handle items that they want to eat, letting them get one end as you steer the head past you before you let go, the little nudges and pokes to steer and distract them at the right time so they don't get focused on the wrong thing. It's quite the ballet, she's very good.
