i talked to oc sheriffs officer that patrols the harbor and the parking is open to all even us yakers. it has to be a salty local person.

Idiot buys a house at a public beach , and becomes a freak .after he figures out people use the beach . I fish LBC AB had a home owner try and tell me . He owned the water in front around under his dock and the fish BAHAHA .

I had a boat owner in Long Beach tell me I can't fish in my kayak next to his boat.
To which I said Call the Police RIGHT now, and we will settle this once and for all. He just turned and walked away. Mark F. |
