Rockfish Opening up to 75 Fathoms (450 Feet)

https://www.federalregister.gov/docu...ndfish-fishery

This document shows effective date of 01/01/2019 but DFG has not published the 2019-2020 fishing Guideline yet right?

Also, I don't know if its true but Lingcod may be reduced to 1 from last year 2 catch limit.

Just posted on this before I read your post.. The DFG has the fathoms updated on all the rock fish to 75 max or 450 feet as your posting..

Just outside of Newport it drops to 300+ feet and anything that deep or deeper can stay down there unless i'm cow cod fishing don't care what conventional reel you have that much line out is a to get back

thanks for the post though good to know know!
