LJ Sunday 7/16

Hog Calicos on the chew! I have never caught a mixed bag with this variety. 140feet of water just south of NW corner. Loving the Solo Skiff. Its like cheating.

Btw- I’ve fished La Jolla a hand full of times but never know where the NW corner.. where exactly is it?

RE: Northwest corner, I found this thread by Mr. Niceguy to be pretty helpful for how I think of the geography of the area in general. Really helped me to understand some of these named spots and use those named spots to get a feel for the lay of the land relative to the point, depth, how far west/south from straight-out-from-the-shores, etc.
