DP 1/15/09

BALLIN'!

Did some dedicated miles with the bounce-ball rig outside DP. Couple scorpions and a 31" 'but. It was f'n awesome out there. So calm and clear. Cat and incredibly SCI visible at sea level.





This one's for CJ and Iceman for hookin' me up with the hat.

Actually it's a yo-zuri, crystal deep diver (floater).

This is the first time I've had success other than shorts or by-catch:
3-way swivel, 2' drop w/ 12oz weight, 5' flouro leader.

Mucho thanks for the info re: your b-bounce rig. As someone fairly new to fishing I had never heard of it. Looks like it would be fun to try. I'll let you know if it works for me.
