The largest dimension is only 21" which would make it a tight fit for anything of size. Cooler problems don't arise when you are catching what you expect, but when you get something you don't. When you go out Bass fishing and hook a 25+# Halibut/YT/WSB you either need to release it or probably pay some outrageous amount to the nearest retailer. Believe me, I am still trying to figure out a way to write that damn thing off.
