if your able to go out sunday head out to cabrio with some of the boys your target is halibut so bring that kind of set up.

You need to look at it as layering. Waders, paddle pants/splash jacket or dry suit are great for the outer layer. You just as important if not more important layer is you insulating layer. Check out the SeasonFive gear at OEX. Its a long underwear style layer that in itself is waterproof, windproof and breathable. Wear these under your outer layer and you'll be good.
