LJ Yellowtail 7/11 - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Got out on the water at 6 ish. Bait was a pain at first but shortly found some sardines and mackerel. Used the sabiki and caught roughly 6 and began trolling. 10-15 mins into trolling and something slams my bait. I reeled it up from the depths and it was a big yellowtail. Gaffed em and got em into the boat without a problem. Got blood all over my boat and put it in my game bag. Overall a fun day at LJ and my first ever yellowtail. Name: IMG_5770.jpg
