Camera Repair Help

I have an Olympus Stylus 720 SW with a cracked screen.

I am looking for a repair facility that is local and kayak / angler friedly. I like to spend my money locally.

Thanks.

Paul.

My wife had a problem with an her digital Olympus SLR. We called the service center, sent it in and had it back within a week. I busted a chip in it by jamming the memory card in it. I thought it was going to be a pain sending it in but its pretty easy. Great Service if you cant find a loca place.

Send it in to Olympus...especially if it is still under warranty. Sent mine in for some corrosion issues and they replaced almost every part on it that was scratched etc. Looked new/refurbished when I got it back. Plus it was sent back to me within the same week.

On something that is supposed to be water proof I would really opt for sending back to the manufacturer.

Thanks guys.
I've had the camera for a few years now (out of warranty). I will look into the guy in Kerney Mesa.
If that doesn't work out I'll opt for the manufacture.
As I said I like ti keep the local guys in business.
Have a great 4th.

Another repair place that has been around a long time is Kurt's Camera Repair on Mission Gorge.
