Outfitting an Outback

I read the comment below yesterday, just after unloading my new (to me) 2014 Outback. After searching a lot of posts here, where there are tons of specific suggestions about how to install stuff, I'm still wondering where's the best place to start. Any suggestions on where to begin fitting this out? I'm thinking about my depth finder, but wondering about an anchor rig and where/how is best to stow a paddle, lures and other tackle. Any opinions appreciated!
Dave
