Yep, we freeze all our meat trash. Whether fish carcass or turkey carcass. The fish guts, heads, etc, that I get during the year, all get shoved into small ziplock bags, and sandwich sized tupperwares. Then frozen until lobster season. Peel off the ziplock and slide the block of frozen chum directly into the bait cage.
