YMCA Kayak Camp for kids??? - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Im going to post this on several boards so I apologize in advance

Were picking out camps for my 7 year old's summer. I see that the YMCA has a kayak camp for kids 7 and up. She has always expressed a big interest in kayaking so I think it would be fun for her. Has anybody sent any of their kids to this camp? And if so do you think 7 years maybe to young? Any feedback appreciated.
