Great post Tony. I can’t remember who it’s was, but a few years back at one of the BT tourneys I was taking to someone and they said “Tony takes FOREVER to fillet his fish” It’s because you do it the right way and don’t waste.
Dammit! Now I want a halibut to practice on! |
