Missing Dana Point Kayak fisherman?

Has anyone seen my fishing buddy? We were on the water yesterday at Dana point and I looked down briefly to tie on some tackle and he disappeared from his kayak. I don't think he really cares much for swimming. It's just not like him to take off without saying some thing (although I may have heard a girly scream and a splash before he disappeared). Let me know if you see my buddy. He is a grumpy old man that is a helluva fisherman and wears a yum-yum yellow shirt. Below are the last known photos taken of him.

I'm confused, was his kayak sitting there floating without him in it?

did you tow his kayak back?

did you report him missing?

did you look for him?
