Is the webcam current or is it showing images from earlier or a different day? I' getting rained on at the house and it looks clear in La Jolla.

I'm pretty sure its a tape from last summer. I think they run it during the rainy season so that people can feel warm all winter long...

I think he's just saying that for the time you were looking, the weather was so different from where you are at that it is as if they were playing a video from the summer.
